SYMPTOMS:
At runtime errors, crash of GBM, or at first run

RESOLUTION:
Perform Clean uninstall by following these steps:

  1. Delete the following key from registry
    Start > Run > regedit > HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Genie-Soft
  2. Delete the following folders:
    1. Drive:\Program Files\Genie-Soft
      For LaCie editions delete:
      C:\Program Files\LaCie\GBAPPLICATION
    2. Drive:\Documents and Settings\%username%\Application Data\Genie-Soft\
    3. Drive:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Genie-Soft\
  3. Reinstall the product, you can download the latest builds from the following link:
    http://www.genie-soft.com/download/download.html
