Genie Backup Manager (GBM) is not a synchronization tool per se, however it can be used to synchronize folders between computers by means of backing up the intended folder(s) and restoring them in the desired location to synchronize.
GBM can also backup without compression which preserves file/folder structure, and when combined with Mirror backup without rollback, the out backup set is an exact mirror image of the original data. However, GBM will add its own folders to the structure that are necessary for restore.
