SYMPTOMS
Genie Backup Manager (GBM) may stop responding when you use it with packet writing to copy large files (for example, files of more than 100 megabytes [MB]) to a CD-ROM.
CAUSE
Old version of packet writing software.
RESOLUTION
Download and install the latest update of the third party burning software you are using
