SYMPTOMS
When you are trying to run your .GBP backup file, it does not open.
CAUSE
Genie Backup Manager is not installed on the machine.
RESOLUTION
This issue can be resolved either by installing Genie Backup Manager on that machine.
To avoid having this issue again, you can enable the SwiftRestore feature in the Settings page when creating the backup job.
The SwiftRestore feature will create an .EXE file when you run your backup job. This EXE can be run later on this machine or any another one without the need of installing Genie Backup Manager software.
