SYMPTOMS
Trying to restore from Swift Restore backup, but getting a message warning you there is a DLL file missing.
CAUSE
A very rare case in which the MSVCR71.dll gets deleted when you install a program.
RESOLUTION
Download the MSVCR71.dll file from this page and put it in the following directory:
C:\WINDOWS\system32
